衷心感謝各跑手對蔡司護眼慈善跑的支持和關注，鑑於新型冠狀病毒的疫情影響持續，同時限聚令亦未解除。在參加者和工作人員的健康、安全及可行的情況下，大會現決定將蔡司護眼慈善跑延期至2021年9-12月舉行。我們正密切與政府有關部門溝通，留意2019新型冠狀病毒疫情發展及評估風險。

In view of the current COVID-19 pandemic situation, and as health and safety of participants and working staff remain our top priorities, we postponed the ZEISS Vision Charity and hope to reschedule in September-December 2021 under feasible and safe condition.

蔡司護眼慈善跑 2020補賽日期將暫定為2020年10月11日，於香港科學園早上7時45分至中午12時舉行。參加者請妥善保管賽事物資，如：號碼布。如參加者於補賽當天未能出席，可考慮將報名費全數捐予受惠機構奧比斯，在活動後我們將會安排 閣下到指定地點領取紀念品；或參加者亦可選擇邀請親友補上。如需更換選手或任何疑問，請於2020年7月31日下午5時或之前填妥以下表格，並電郵至 zeissvisioncharityrun@sportsoho.com。而尚未領取選手包的跑手可於賽前補領，詳情將於稍後公佈。

ZEISS Vision Charity Run 2020 will be tentatively rescheduled to 11/10/2020, 7:45am - 12:00noon at the Hong Kong Science Park. Please keep your race pack materials, such as the race bib, properly. If participants are unable to attend the rescheduled race, participants could consider to donate the registration fee to Orbis and collect the race packs after the event. Participants may also consider a runner substitution by friend or relative. For runner substitution or any enquiries, please complete the following form and email to zeissvisioncharityrun@sportsoho.com on or before 31 July 2020 17:00. Race pack collection will be arranged before race day for participants who have not collected their race packs. Details and Important notices will be further announced on this website.

有鑑於近期新型冠狀病毒肺炎肆虐，以及政府已把應變級別提升至「緊急」級別， 大會考慮到參加者及工作人員的安全，經審慎考慮後決定宣佈原定於2月2日舉辦之蔡司護眼慈善跑2020將延期舉行。大會正積極另覓日子進行補賽，並將於稍後公佈詳情。

感謝各參加者支持，你們的安全是大會的首要考慮，對於活動延期而為跑友們帶來任何不便，我們深感抱歉。有關活動最新資訊，請密切留意大會網站及Facebook公佈。如有查詢，請電郵至 zeissvisioncharityrun@sportsoho.com 或致電 2117 1650 聯絡活動小組。

In view of the latest development of the COVID-19 and the lifting of the response level to "emergency" by the Government, after careful consideration of the need to protect the health and safety of participants and working staff, the Organizer has decided to postpone the ZEISS Vision Charity Run 2020, which was scheduled to be held on 2 February 2020. We are actively discussing an alternative date to host the event, and further announcement will be made later.

Thanks for your support and your safety is of the utmost importance. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the postponement arrangement. Nike Vision sunglasses and trophy will be rewarded for Champions of each category; Nike Vision sunglasses and medals will be rewarded for 1st and 2nd runner up.
各組別第一名均可獲得Nike Vision 太陽眼鏡及獎盃；第二至三名均可獲得Nike Vision 太陽眼鏡及獎牌。

Participants must study the rules and regulations listed below carefully. Participants who completed the registration process agreed to be abided by the rules and regulations of the event that has been signed up.
參加者必須仔細閱讀以下事項。報名申請一經遞交，即代表參加者確認及同意接受一切活動的規則、條款和安排。

Once the entry is accepted, entry fee is non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances. An acknowledgement email will be sent to the registered email address within 10 working days after the Organiser has received the registration. Otherwise, please contact the Organiser immediately.
參加資格一經接納，報名費將不獲退還及不可轉讓。大會將於收到申請後十個工作天內發出確認。如未有預期收到確認電郵，請立即與大會聯絡。

Repeated entries will be counted as a single entry. The extra fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another applicant or other race. Also, the submitted form and information will not be returned.
重複的報名，將被算作一個單一的報名。額外的報名費不予退還，並不能轉移到其他申請人或其他賽事。提交的報名資料將不予退還。

Late or on-site enrolment will not be accepted.
不接受現場及逾期報名。

Incomplete enrolment will not be accepted
資料不全者，恕不接受報名。
An email notice regarding collection of race pack will be sent to the registered participants two weeks before the event day.
有關賽事包的領取通知將於活動前兩星期以電郵方式通知參加者。

Participants show either the printout or electronic version of the notification email to our staff to collect the event materials.
參加者需攜同通知電郵列印本或出示有關通知電郵以領取活動物資。

Participants should make sure their health conditions are suitable for the strenuous race. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
參加者必須確保其身體狀況適宜參加比賽。如有疑問，請先諮詢醫生的意見。

Participants should understand the event content and nature and participating in this event requires physical exertion. Participants should be in sound medical condition capable of participating in the event. The Organizer suggests all participants to monitor their own physical conditions deemed fit and capable for participating in the event. In case you are feeling sick during the event, you should immediately stop the activity and do seek help from the onsite race officials.

參加者須清楚明白活動內容及活動性質，並知道此活動需要消耗體力，同時確定健康情況適宜參與是次活動。主辦機構建議所有參賽者於活動時自行留意個人的身體狀況是否良好及是否適合參與活動。於活動期間如有不適，請立即停止活動及向現場工作人員求助。

Participants should take protective measures against UV, such as applying sunscreen, wearing caps and drinking water.
參加者請自行進行防曬措施，例如自備防曬用品、配戴帽子及多喝水。

People who are pregnant or with chronic diseases, like heart disease and high blood pressure, are not recommended to participate in the event.
任何懷孕或患有慢性疾病如心臟病及高血壓的人士，皆不應參加是次活動。

The Organizer reserve the right to disallow or disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event and such person shall accept.
主辦機構在得悉或懷疑的情況下，將保留權利取消任何不適宜參加是次活動之參加者的資格。

Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。

If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 12:00noon on the day before race, the race will be cancelled.
如於比賽前一天中午十二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，賽事將會取消。

If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 12:00am on the race day, the race will be cancelled.
如於比賽當日凌晨十二時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨，賽事將會取消。

Should the Red Rainstorm Signal, Thunderstorm Warning and Typhoon Signal No.3 is issued at any time from 6:00am on the race day, the Swim Race will be cancelled but the Run and Bike Races will be continued.
如天文台於比賽當日早上六時或之後懸掛紅色暴雨，雷暴或三號颱風警告，跑步比賽將如期進行。

Should the above Inclement Weather/ Condition Warnings be raised after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the course distance or arrangement or to stop the race. If the race being stopped, the race will either be cancelled or rescheduled. Entry fee will not be refunded.
如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中的比賽。報名費將不獲退還。

The Organizer reserves the right to amend or clarify the above race rules.
大會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。

Baggage storage will be provided. Please do not bring any valuable items. The Organizer is not responsible for the lost or damage of the baggage stored with us.
參加者的個人物件可存放於大會提供之行李寄存區。切勿攜帶貴重物品，如有損毀或遺失，大會將不會負任何責任及作出任何賠償。參加者一旦使用此安排，已被假定接受此條款。

Should there be any emergencies or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information centre.
如活動過程中須向大會查詢及要求協助，請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。

All prizes are not redeemable for cash.
所有禮品不可兌換現金。

The Organizer reserves the right to amend or clarify the above race rules.
