<p>聽朋友講話跑步可以食蕉, 我就做唔到, 又要帶一條焦向身, 又要邊跑邊食. 我短10KM, 我估我用唔著.&nbsp; 不過專家話, 跑一個小時以上, 可以預備啫喱狀的飲品, 真係肚餓時, 可以充饑.</p>
<p>講返今朝跑步, 跑東區走廊其實感覺唔錯. 以前返工每次堵車, 都想走落去, 跑返公司. 今日可以向上面跑, 真係好正.&nbsp;</p>
<p>唔知幾時有本事可以跑下青馬呢? 應該仲正, 話哂對住個海. 而且係海上面跑喎.</p>]]></metadata>
