香港瑜珈馬拉松是一項既有意義、同時極具挑戰性的慈善活動,主辦單位希望藉此教育大眾透過瑜珈運動來保持身心健康。
Hong Kong Yogathon is a meaningful and challenging charity fund-raising event. The prime objective of this event is to promote health awareness among Hong Kong citizens via yoga practice.

是次活動將為「香港遺傳性及高危乳癌普查計劃」籌款作醫學研究用途,此「計劃」乃由美國史丹佛大學及香港養和醫院聯合創辦。
Hong Kong Yogathon 2009 will help raise funds for medical research by Hong Kong Hereditary & High Risk Breast Cancer Programme, co-founded by Stanford University and Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital.

一眾出色專業瑜珈導師將全力支持,於活動當日帶領參加者操練一連串瑜珈式子。
A series of renowned professional yogis will lead the program and perform yoga demonstrations on the day of the event.

本活動得到印度瑜珈協會全力支持,所有的動作都已獲該會認可,所有參加者將獲發紀念証書。
This event and all of its activities are supported by the Yoga Federation of India and a certificate will be issued to all participants.

What’s your New Year resolution? Stay active! Japan No.1 sunscreen ANESSA is organizing the “Yoga & Run 2017”, a series of yoga and running activities, from January to April 2017. A total of 8 classes will be held and led by well-known athletes including former HK Triathlon National Squad member Leanne Szeto, “spider-woman”Lisa Cheng and senior yoga director Cindy Leung. They will not only provide professional coaching, but also share skincare tips, encouraging you all to enjoy sporty lifestyle!

  • 報名一經接納,報名費將不獲退回。 
    Once your entry is accepted, your entry fee will not be refunded.
  • 參加者個人意外保險需自行負責。 
    Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
  • 參加者必須確保其身體狀況適宜參加比賽。如有疑問,請先諮詢醫生的意見。
    Runners should make sure their health conditions are suitable for the strenuous race. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
  • 不接受現場及逾期報名。
    No enrollment received after the enrollment deadline or on-site enrollment will be accepted.
  • 資料不全者,恕不接受報名。
    Incomplete enrollment will not be accepted.

  • 如於瑜伽訓練班於當日零晨零時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號,活動將會再另行安排。 
    If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 00:00 on the activity day, the workshop will be re-scheduled.
  • 如於跑步訓練班於當日早上五時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號,活動將會再另行安排。 
    If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 05:00 on the activity day, the workshop will be re-scheduled.
  • 如瑜伽訓練班活動當日零晨零時或之後懸掛紅或黑色暴雨警告信號,活動將會再另行安排。
    If the Red or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 00:00 on the activity day, the workshop will be re-scheduled.
  • 如跑步訓練班活動當日早上五時或之後懸掛紅或黑色暴雨警告信號,活動將會再另行安排。
    If the Red or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 05:00 am on the activity day, the workshop will be re-scheduled.

  • 申請者會在報名後7個工作天內,收到大會電郵確認其報名,如未有收到通知,可發電郵至 anessa@sportsoho.com 或致電2117 1011查詢。
    Confirmation email will be sent to the participants by e-mail 7 working days after the receipt of enrollment. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please send your enquiry to anessa@sportsoho.com or contact to 2117 1011.
  • 報名一經接納,報名費將不獲退回。
    Once your entry is accepted, your entry fee will not be refunded.
  • 參加者個人意外保險需自行負責。
    Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
  • 參加者必須確保其身體狀況適宜參加比賽。如有疑問,請先諮詢醫生的意見。
    Runners should make sure their health conditions are suitable for the strenuous race. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
  • 不接受現場及逾期報名。
    No enrollment received after the enrollment deadline or on-site enrollment will be accepted.
  • 資料不全者,恕不接受報名。
    Incomplete enrollment will not be accepted.
  • 參加者的個人物件可存放於大會提供之行李寄存區,切勿攜帶貴重物品,如有損毀或遺失,大會將不會負任何責任及作出任何賠償。參加者一旦使用此安排,已被假定接受此 條款。
    Baggage storage will be provided. Please do not bring any valuable items. The organizer is not responsible for the lost or damage of the baggage stored with us.

 

惡劣天氣 Bad Weather

  • 如於瑜伽訓練班於當日零晨零時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號,活動將會再另行安排。
    If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 00:00 on the activity day, the workshop will be re-scheduled.
  • 如於跑步訓練班於當日早上五時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號,活動將會再另行安排。
    If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 05:00 on the activity day, the workshop will be re-scheduled.
  • 如瑜伽訓練班活動當日零晨零時或之後懸掛紅或黑色暴雨警告信號,活動將會再另行安排。
    If the Red or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 00:00 on the activity day, the workshop will be re-scheduled.
  • 如跑步訓練班活動當日早上五時或之後懸掛紅或黑色暴雨警告信號,活動將會再另行安排。
    If the Red or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 05:00 am on the activity day, the workshop will be re-scheduled.
  • 如活動進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告,活動總監有權取消正在進行中的活動,活動亦不會再另行安排,報名費將不獲退還。
    Should the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be raised after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to stop the workshop. The will be NO re-scheduled arrangement. Entry fee will not be refund.

報名 Registration
  • 參加者必須仔細閱讀以下事項。報名申請一經遞交,即代表參加者確認及同意接受一切活動的規則、條款和安排。
    Participants must study the rules and regulations listed below carefully. Participants who completed the registration process agreed to be abided by the rules and regulations of the event that has been signed up.
  • 參加資格一經接納,報名費將不獲退還及不可轉讓。大會將於收到申請後十個工作天內發出確認。如未有預期收到確認電郵,請立即與大會聯絡。
    Once the entry is accepted, entry fee is non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances. An acknowledgement email will be sent to the registered email address within 10 working days after the Organiser has received the registration. Otherwise, please contact the Organiser immediately.
  • 重複的報名,將被算作一個單一的報名。額外的報名費不予退還,並不能轉移到其他申請人或其他活動。提交的報名資料將不予退還。
    Repeated entries will be counted as a single entry. The extra fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another applicant or other event. Also, the submitted form and information will not be returned.
  • 不接受現場及逾期報名。
    Late or on-site enrolment will not be accepted.
活動包 Event Pack
  • 成功報名的參加者將會收到一封確認電郵。假如您於登記後未有收到有關的確認電郵,請聯絡我們(電郵:info@mwsports.com.hk ;電話:(852) 2316-6369)。
    A confirmation email will be sent to the participants upon successful registration. If you do not receive the confirmation email after your registration, please contact us by email info@mwsports.com.hk or call (852) 2316-6369 for assistance.
  • 有關活動包的領取通知將於活動前兩星期以電郵方式通知參加者。
    An email notice regarding collection of event pack will be sent to the registered participants two week before the event day.
  • 參加者需攜同通知電郵列印本或出示有關通知電郵以領取活動物資。
    Participants show either the printout or electronic version of the notification email to our staff to collect the event materials.
健康與安全提示Health and safety advice
  • 參加者必須確保其身體狀況適宜參加是次戶外瑜伽活動。如有疑問,請先諮詢醫生的意見。
    Participants should make sure their health conditions are suitable for the outdoor yoga event. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
  • 參加者須清楚明白活動內容及活動性質,並知道此活動需要消耗體力,同時確定健康情況適宜參與是次活動。主辦機構建議所有參賽者於活動時自行留意個人的身體狀況是否良好及是否適合參與活動。於活動期間如有不適,請立即停止活動及向現場工作人員求助。
    Participants should understand the event content and nature and participating in this event requires physical exertion. Participants should be in sound medical condition capable of participating in the event. The Organizer suggests all participants to monitor their own physical conditions deemed fit and capable for participating in the event. In case you are feeling sick during the event, you should immediately stop the activity and do seek help from the onsite race officials.
  • 參加者請自行進行防曬措施,例如自備防曬用品、配戴帽子及多喝水。
    Participants should take protective measures against UV, such as applying sunscreen, wearing caps and drinking water.
  • 任何懷孕或患有慢性疾病如心臟病及高血壓的人士,皆不應參加是次活動。
    People who are pregnant or with chronic diseases, like heart disease and high blood pressure, are not recommended to participate in the event.
  • 主辦機構在得悉或懷疑的情況下,將保留權利取消任何不適宜參加是次活動之參加者的資格。
    The organizer reserve the right to disallow or disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event and such person shall accept.
  • 主辦機構已就是次活動購置公眾責任保險,然而亦建議參加者自行購買個人意外保險。
    Public liability insurance is covered by the organizer by the event. Participants are also advised to purchase their own insurance cover if necessary.
惡劣天氣 Bad Weather
  • 本活動如台灣氣象局發佈本地陸上颱風警報或發生重大災害,活動必須延期或取消,最慢於賽前一日早上於活動網站,Facebook公告。
  • 賽前若活動因不可抗力之因素必須宣佈取消:(1)已經製作活動相關紀念品,寄發紀念品,扣除紀念品製作費、匯款手續費及報名系統相關費用後,退還剩餘報名費。
