是次比賽一共吸引了20間中學共組25隊參賽隊伍，各學校以2至4人為1隊，但可派多隊參賽，進行18個洞的賽事。比賽分個人及隊際盃，各設淨桿及總桿獎項，男、女子組分別設冠、亞、季及殿軍；隊際盃則以每隊的兩項最佳分數用以計分，分別設冠、亞及季軍。

漢基國際學校最終以72分的總成績登上甲組隊際盃淨桿冠軍寶座，而同校的Gloria Poon更囊括女子甲組個人賽淨桿冠軍，氣勢如虹。
而南島中學的Michael Wong則奪得男子甲組個人賽淨桿桂冠。
首次加入的總桿奬項則由Discovery College榮膺甲組隊際盃總桿冠軍，男、女子甲組個人賽總桿冠軍則由Discovery College的梁啓男及弘立書院的劉鎧琪奪得。

規則 Ruling：

參加者於2021年4月1至30日期間，通過一次或多次「中等強度」*以上運動完成你的動態卡路里目標，參加者無須被地方及時間局限，隨時隨地開展你的卡路里燃燒爭霸戰，但記得使用手機應用程式紀錄及截圖。於2021年5月1日 23:59 前，將運動記錄上載到指定網站換取豐富禮品。參加者燃燒至指定的卡路里級別有機會獲得禮物乙份，而燃燒最多卡路里的十位參加者更可獲得大獎。10位最強Calories Killer及成功挑戰而獲得禮物的參加者將會於5月中旬收到大會的電郵通知領取禮物方法。

*強度指標為3至6 METs的體能活動(例如急步走和行山)屬中等強度，高於6 METs的(例如跑步和踏單車)則屬劇烈強度。

Participants are required to submit the exercising record of completed target Active Calories accumulated in one or more “moderate-intensity” * exercise sessions via specific mobile apps from 1 to 30 April 2021. Please upload your activity record to the official event webpage on or before 1 May 2021 23:59. Participants whose reached the specific kilocalorie level can get a souvenir while a special gift will be awarded to the Top 10 kilocalorie killers. Top 10 kilocalorie killers and participants who get a souvenir will be notified to collect the gifts by email in mid-May.

* Physical activities with less than 3 METs are regarded as low-intensity; 3 to 6 METs as moderate-intensity; and higher than 6 METs as vigorous-intensity.
