Stone on fire as he takes 11 minutes off the course record with Rethfeldt taking 6 minutes off the course record. Congrads to Stone Tsang Siu Keung, Clement Dumont and Kris Inglis for grabbing overall top 3 Men's positions and Juliane Rethfeldt, Claire Chapman and Nadia Koucha for taking the top 3 overall Women positions on a perfect day for adventure racing in Hong Kong.

Road runners - Try something different as a lot of fun doing off road running and much easier than it looks.
Helmets are needed in these races as you will be running a short part of the race on ocean coastlines and up a river gully and more for your own protection and to keep our insurance company happy. In the longer adventure races you'll need to wear a helmet so this will give you a good idea of what it's like to run with a helmet.
