4. 如何到達會場(白石角海濱長廊公園近香港科學園)
   • 272K 公共巴士 港鐵大學站 -> 香港科學園
   • 27 專線小巴 港鐵沙田站(排頭街) -> 香港科學園
     **乘搭巴士及小巴請於香港生物科技研究院下車**
   • 步行: 港鐵大學站 -> 香港科學園 (1.8公里)

Hi, GigaSports 10K Race’s runners! The racing is coming this Sunday (3rd November), are you ready? Please be reminded:

1. The baggage deposit service will start at 7:00am
2. Information counter will open at 7:00am
3. Race starting time: 8:00am
4. How to get to the venue - Pak Shek Kok Promenade near Hong Kong Science Park
   • 272K Bus: University MTR Station -> Hong Kong Science Park
   • 27 Minibus: Sha Tin MTR Station (Pai Tau Street) -> Hong Kong Science Park
     **Get off at the Hong Kong Institute of Biotechnology for both bus and minibus**
   • Jogging: University MTR Station -> Hong Kong Science Park (1.8km)

注意事項

1. 網上報名可即時收到大會電郵確認，其餘報名方法，將於大會收到報名資料後７個工作天內，以電郵確認。報名狀況查詢，可電郵至 gigasports@sportsoho.com 或致電2117　1011聯絡關小姐 (Chris Kwan)。
2. 資料不全者，恕不接受報名。報名一經接納報名費恕不發還。
3. 已寄出的報名表或重覆報名，均不設退款、退件、轉名及取消等安排。
4. 不接受即時及逾期報名。
5. 領取號碼布、計時晶片及紀念品等安排，將於比賽前兩星期以電郵通知參賽者。
6. 若比賽當天懸掛八號或以上颱風、黑色暴雨訊號或非人力可控制之情況影響，比賽將會取消。
7. 參賽者需自行負責個人意外保險。
8. 大會設有行李寄存及水站。

Awards

• The Overall Male/Female Champion will receive a trophy and HK$2,000 GigaSports cash coupon
• The champion in each category will receive a trophy, HK$1,000 GigaSports cash coupon, GigaSports x Mizuno Limited Edition* Running Shoes, Polar RCX3 series watch and 2XU sports gears, including compression tight, arm sleeves, calf sleeves and run visor, which worth more than HK$6,000
• The first runner up in each category will receive a trophy, HK$700 GigaSports cash coupon and package of 2XU sports gears, including compression tight, calf sleeves and run visor, which worth more than HK$2,000
• The second runner up in each category will receive a trophy, HK$400 GigaSports cash coupon and package of 2XU compression tight and run visor, which worth more than HK$1,000
• The 4th to 6th runners in each category will receive a trophy, HK$200 GigaSports cash coupon and a 2XU Run Visor.
• The 7th and 8th runners in each category will receive a trophy, HK$100 GigaSports cash coupon and a 2XU Run Visor.

Important Notes:

1. Participants will receive an instant confirmation of registration for online registration, or an email within 7 working days after the Organizer receives the completed entry forms and payments by the other registration methods. Please email to gigasports@sportsoho.com or contact Ms Chris Kwan at 2117 1011 for registration status enquiry.
2. Incomplete entry form will not be accepted. Once the enrollment is confirmed, no refund will be made.
3. No refund, cancellation, return of documents or transfer of application will be accepted for submitted, late or duplicated enrollments.
4. Late or on-site enrollment will not be accepted.
5. Arrangement for collection of race pack with bib number, time chip and souvenir will be emailed to participants two weeks before the event day.
6. If typhoon signal No.8 or above, thunderstorm or black rainstorm warning is hoisted or the race is affected by weather or natural reason, the event will be cancelled.
7. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
