TransLantau 越野賽在香港大嶼山南部舉行。參加者可選擇以單人或雙人形式參賽。大嶼100公里（+5800米累計高低差）與大嶼50公里（+2700米累計高低差）賽道涵蓋大嶼山兩個郊野公園，九成為越野路段。2015年增設25公里賽程（+900米累計高低差），25公里與15公里同時起步。

TransLantau is a trail running event on South Lantau Island, Hong Kong. Participants have the opportunity to tackle this challenge solo or as a team of two. The Ultra 100km (+5,800 m elevation) and the 50km (+2,700 m elevation) cover two country parks on South Lantau with 90% on trails. The 25km (+900 m elevation),  new course in 2015, will start together with the 15km.
