@4公里障礙賽的參加者報名時需選擇出發時間,如報名時於系統未能選擇某時段,則表示該時段名額已滿。一經報名,所有出發時間不設更改。
@Race time should be selected by participants of 4KM Fun Obstacle Run, if there is no option of the particular timeslot in the enrollment system, it means that this timeslot is already full. No timeslot can be changed after enrollment.
領取活動包當日
領取賽事包時,參加者會收到一張時區貼紙;參加者必須將時區貼紙貼在號碼布的當眼處上。
(沒有貼上時區貼紙的參加者並不能上線)
參加者必須於所選時段前往起點召集處。(例子:如你所選擇的出發時間為14:00-15:00;你必須於14:00-15:00 這個時區到達起點召集處); 如你提早到達起點召集處,你並不會優先安排出發。大會會根據你的時區貼紙作出安排,你必須於所選擇的時間出發。如參加者錯過出發時間,參加者須重新到較後的時區排隊,輪候時間相對較長(需輪候約60分鐘)。
Race Pack Collection
Participants will receive a time-slot sticker upon race pack collection; participants must prominently display the sticker on the bib. (Participants without time-slot sticker will not be allowed to start the race). Participant must arrive to Start Assembly point at the selected timeslot. (For example, if your selected timeslot is 14:00-15:00, you must arrive to Start Assembly point between 14:00-15:00); No priority will be given to participant if participant arrive earlier than the selected time slot. If participant miss the selected start time, participant must line up more than 60 mins for the event.

參加者由7月10日至10月1日買寶礦力水特滿$30或購買寶礦力水特900毫升兩支即可享有$30報名費折扣優惠(單一收據),而收據須於報名時上載。
***參加者於領取賽事包時, 必需同時繳交收據正本
From 10th July to 1st October, purchase any Pocari Sweat products over HK$30 or purchase 2 Pocari Sweat 900ml (under a single receipt), will be entitled to have $30 registration fee discount. The receipt must be uploaded during registration. ***Participant must hand in the hard copy of the receipt while collecting the race pack.

由即日起至2018年11月9日期間成功報名之參加者,將可免費在自己的號碼布上印有獨有的打氣字句。如在2018年11月10日或之後報名之參加者,號碼布將會統一印上”Go Run! Go Fun!”為你打氣!
From NOW until 9th November, participants who successfully enrolled in the race may enjoy free personalized their own message printing service for your bib. For participants who successfully enrolled in the race on or after 10th November, the message “Go Run! Go Fun” will be printed on your bib to cheer you up!

Participant who successfully enrolled in Pocari Sweat Run Carnival 2018 could enroll in the training workshop hosted by N.S.F. Distance Running Club, Road Runner Athletic Club or Mr. Lai Ho Ki (the Coach of TCAA Track & Field and Wellman Sports Association) x Mr. Wong Wai Chung at HK$30. (First come, first served)

成功報名的參賽者可以港幣$30參加由陳嘉威教練(Heartbeat跑會)舉辦的賽前訓練班一節(先到先得,欲報從速), 並可免費試用Polar心率錶(數量有限,先到先得)。
*完成訓練可獲寶礦力水特’彈性.吸汗護腕一個’及’運動小袋一個’
Participant who successfully enrolled in Pocari Sweat Run Carnival 2018 could enroll in the training workshop hosted by Mr. Chan Ka Wai, the Coach of the Heartbeat Running Club, at HK$30 (first come, first served) and try the Polar Heart Rate Monitors for free (limited quantity, first come, first served).
*Participant who completed the training will be given one Pocari Sweat ‘Elastic Wristlet’ and ’Mini Sport Bag’.

    報名 Registration

  • 參加者必須仔細閱讀以下事項。報名申請一經遞交,即代表參加者確認及同意接受一切活動的規則、條款和安排。
    Participants must study the rules and regulations listed below carefully. Participants who completed the registration process agreed to be abided by the rules and regulations of the event that has been signed up.
  • 參加資格一經接納,報名費將不獲退還及不可轉讓。大會將於收到申請後十個工作天內發出確認。如未有預期收到確認電郵,請立即與大會聯絡。
    Once the entry is accepted, entry fee is non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances. An acknowledgement email will be sent to the registered email address within 10 working days after the Organiser has received the registration. Otherwise, please contact the Organiser immediately.
  • 重複的報名,將被算作一個單一的報名。額外的報名費不予退還,並不能轉移到其他申請人或其他賽事。提交的報名資料將不予退還。
    Repeated entries will be counted as a single entry. The extra fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another applicant or other race. Also, the submitted form and information will not be returned.
  • 不接受現場及逾期報名。
    Late or on-site enrolment will not be accepted.

  • 成功報名的參加者將會收到一封確認電郵。假如您於登記後未有收到有關的確認電郵,請聯絡我們(電郵:pocarirun@sportsoho.com ;電話:(852) 2117 1650)。
    A confirmation email will be sent to the participants upon successful registration. If you do not receive the confirmation email after your registration, please contact us by email pocarirun@sportsoho.com or call (852) 2117 1650 for assistance.
  • 有關賽事包的領取通知將於活動前二星期以電郵方式通知參加者。
    An email notice regarding collection of race pack will be sent to the registered participants two week before the event day.
  • 參加者需攜同通知電郵列印本或出示有關通知電郵以領取活動物資。
    Participants show either the printout or electronic version of the notification email to our staff to collect the event materials.

健康與安全提示Health and safety advice

  • 參加者必須確保其身體狀況適宜參加比賽。如有疑問,請先諮詢醫生的意見。
    Participants should make sure their health conditions are suitable for the strenuous race. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
  • 參加者須清楚明白活動內容及活動性質,並知道此活動需要消耗體力,同時確定健康情況適宜參與是次活動。主辦機構建議所有參賽者於活動時自行留意個人的身體狀況是否良好及是否適合參與活動。於活動期間如有不適,請立即停止活動及向現場工作人員求助。
    Participants should understand the event content and nature and participating in this event requires physical exertion. Participants should be in sound medical condition capable of participating in the event. The Organiser suggests all participants to monitor their own physical conditions deemed fit and capable for participating in the event. In case you are feeling sick during the event, you should immediately stop the activity and do seek help from the onsite race officials.
  • 參加者請自行進行防曬措施,例如自備防曬用品、配戴帽子及多喝水。
    Participants should take protective measures against UV, such as applying sunscreen, wearing caps and drinking water.
  • 任何懷孕或患有慢性疾病如心臟病及高血壓的人士,皆不應參加是次活動。
    People who are pregnant or with chronic diseases, like heart disease and high blood pressure, are not recommended to participate in the event.
  • 主辦機構在得悉或懷疑的情況下,將保留權利取消任何不適宜參加是次活動之參加者的資格。
    The Organiser reserve the right to disallow or disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event and such person shall accept.
  • 主辦機構已就是次活動購置公眾責任保險,然而亦建議參加者自行購買個人意外保險。
    Public liability insurance is covered by the organiser by the event. Participants are also advised to purchase their own insurance cover if necessary.

惡劣天氣 Bad Weather

  • 如於活動前一天中午二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號,當日活動將會取消。
    If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 2:00pm on the day before event, the event will be cancelled.
  • 如於活動當日早上四時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨,當日活動將會取消。
    If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 4:00 am on the event day, the event will be cancelled.
  • 如活動前懸掛上述任何警告而取消活動,報名費將不獲退還。
    If the race is cancelled due to the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings were hoisted, Entry Fee will not be refund.
  • 如活動進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告,活動總監有權將活動路線改變或取消正在進行中的活動。報名費將不獲退還。
    If the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be hoisted after the commencement of race, the Event Director has the right to change the event distance or event arrangement or to stop the event. Entry Fee will not be refund.

其他事宜 Others

  • 參加者的個人物件可存放於大會提供之行李寄存區。切勿攜帶貴重物品,如有損毀或遺失,大會將不會負任何責任及作出任何賠償。參加者一旦使用此安排,已被假定接受此條款。
    Baggage storage will be provided. Please do not bring any valuable items. The Organiser is not responsible for the lost or damage of the baggage stored with us.
  • 如活動過程中須向大會查詢及要求協助,請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。
    Should there be any emergencies or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information center.
  • 所有禮品不可兌換現金。
    All prizes are not redeemable for cash.
  • 大會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。
    The Organizer reserves the right to amend or clarify the above race rules.
