Prizes: Medals for Top 3 in each category (Male / Female, Under 20 / 20-39 / 40-49 / 50 & Over). Trophies for overall champions. 
This race is not for those who wish to ‘have a try’; it is for accomplished and proven ocean swimmers as you may experience choppy, windy conditions, currents, and will at times be isolated and quite a distance from shore.
Breaststroke is prohibited.
