^大會不會為此組別提供單車租借服務，敬請參加者自備合規格之單車及頭盔
^ No bike and helmet rental service will be provided for this category, please bring your own bike and helmet for the race according to the specification.

註：上述紀念品數量有限，送完即止（以成功報名為準）。另所有參賽者將會獲贈紀念單車袋、紀念帽和完成賽事紀念牌。
Remark: The above-mentioned souvenirs are limited while stock lasts(for successful enrollment only). All participants will receive a commemorative bag, a bike cap and a finisher medal.

• 單車及頭盔租借服務只適用於指定組別
  Bike and helmet rental service is only available for designated categories
• 只提供16/ 20/ 24/ 26吋爬山單車租借
  Only mountain bike with 16/20/24/26 inch wheel are available for rental
• 如欲租借單車及頭盔，參加者需於報名時選擇租借及單車尺寸。一經報名，不能更改。
  If you want to rent the bike and helmet, please select the bike size by clicking on the corresponding box. The organizer reserves the rights of refusing further changes after enrollment is confirmed.
• 請把單車及頭盔租借費連同最低籌款額一併提交。租借費將不會獲發捐款收據。
  Bike and helmet rental fee will be collected together with the enrollment fee during the online enrollment process. Donation receipt will not be issued for the bike and helmet rental fee.
• 一經報名，不論任何情況，已入帳的籌款額和單車及頭盔租借費用均不設退還。
  Bike and helmet rental fee will not be refunded under any circumstances

參賽組別 Category

請注意：活動當日所有參加者於活動期間必須佩戴單車頭盔。大會將會拒絕任何未有佩戴或不正確使用頭盔之參加者參與活動。
Note: All participants are required to wear bike helmets during the event. The Organizer reserves the right to reject any participant who does not wear or improperly uses the helmet.

請注意：活動當日所有參加者於活動期間必須佩戴單車頭盔。大會將會拒絕任何未有佩戴或不正確使用頭盔之參加者參與活動。
Note: All participants are required to wear bike helmets during the event. The Organizer reserves the right to reject any participant who does not wear or improperly uses the helmet.

注意事項 Remarks

報名事宜 Enrollment

• 主辦單位保留限制及拒絕接受報名的權利。
  The Organizer reserves the right to limit and refuse any application.
• 參加者須介乎3歲至65歲，必須懂得騎單車技術及正確使用道路安全知識。
  Participants must be within the age group of 3 to 65 and it is mandatory that they must have basic biking skills and proper knowledge of road safety.
• 參加者須留意各組別的參賽／參加要求，未符合相關資格而導致未能參與活動將不獲退款。
  Participants should be aware of the requirement of entries/ bike specifications, all donation fees and other fees are not refundable if the participants disqualified from the event.
• 所有籌款額、捐款額及其他費用不能退回。若申請者提供錯誤資料、不能繳交報名表及費用或不依從正確報名程序報名，主辦單位保留拒絕接受有關申請之權利。
  All donation fees and other fees are not refundable. If the participants provide incorrect information, fail to pay donation fees or do not follow correct application procedures, the Organizer reserves the right to reject their applications.
• 參加者如未滿18歲，必須得到家長或監護人同意，方可參加是次活動。
  Participants under the age of 18 years old must obtain consent from their parents or guardians in order to participate in the event
• 主辦單位保留聯絡申請者之權利，以便查詢有關其報名資料之事宜。
  The Organizer reserves the right to contact participants for information regarding their application.
• 任何懷孕或患有慢性疾病如心臟病及高血壓的人士，皆不應參加是次活動。主辦單位在得悉或懷疑的情況下，保留取消任何不適宜參加是次活動之參加者資格的權利。被取消資格人士的籌款額、捐款額及其他費用將不會獲得退還。
  Any person who is pregnant or suffering from chronic diseases such as heart disease or high blood pressure should not join the event. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant knowing or suspected to be unfit to participate in the event. All donation fees and other fees of the disqualified person will not be refunded.
• 參加者必須確保體格適宜參加單車活動。參加者必須同意遵守及接受參加者須知及其細則。
  Participants must ensure that they are physically fit to join the event. They must comply with, observe and accept the requirements and related terms for the participants.

參與活動事宜 Participating Event

• 活動當日所有參加者於活動期間必須佩戴單車頭盔。大會將會拒絕任何未有佩戴或不正確使用頭盔之參加者參與活動。
  All participants are required to wear bike helmets during the event. The Organizer reserves the right to reject any participant who does not wear or improperly uses the helmet.
• 參加者可自備單車，單車輪圈尺吋需視乎組別而訂，亦必須根據運輸署騎單車安全條款及法例規定選擇合標準的單車；並須遵守主辦單位於活動日之安排及宣佈及通過大會檢測方可參加，大會將保留檢查所有自備單車參加者之權利。
  Participants may bring their own bicycles (wheels size requirement depends on the group) however, they have to observe the provisions and regulations concerning cycling safety stipulated by the Transport Department and related regulations. They also have to follow the arrangements and instructions made by the Organizer and pass the inspection in order to participate in the event.
• 參加隊際計時賽及公路繞圈賽的參加者，必須自備公路單車，所有爬山車或摺車均不可使用。
  Racers of the TTT/ Criterium Race Categories must bring own road bikes. Use of mountain bikes and folding bikes will not be allowed.
• 參加者在出發前應自行檢查單車性能及其配套是否安全。
  Participants should check their own bicycles and accessories for safety purposes before biking.
• 除隊際計時賽外，其餘組別均不能使用歇息手把（Aero bars）。
  Except Team Time Trial Race, Use of aero bars is prohibited in all other races.

天氣事宜 Weather

• 如於活動前一天中午12時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，活動將會取消。
  If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 12:00n.n. on the day before event, the event will be cancelled.
• 於活動當日凌晨零時或之後懸掛上三號或以上颱風訊號/黑/紅/黃色暴雨，當日活動將會取消。
  If the Typhoon Signal No.3 or above or Black or Red or Yellow Rainstorm Signal are hoisted at any time from 12:00am on the event day, event will be cancelled.
• 如活動前懸掛上述任何警告而取消活動，所有籌款額、捐款額及其他費用將不獲退還。
  If the event is cancelled due to the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings were hoisted, donation fees and other fees are not refundable.
• 如活動進行中天氣惡劣，如雷暴警告或懸掛上述任何警告，活動總監有權將活動路線改變或取消正在進行中的活動。所有籌款額、捐款額及其他費用將不獲退還。
  If the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be hoisted after the commencement of event, the Event Director has the right to change the event distance or event arrangement or to stop the event. Donation fees and other fees are not refundable.
• 大會建議參加者於活動早上致電或瀏覽香港天文台查詢有關天氣情況。（電話 ：1878200）
  Please check the event day weather from the Hong Kong Observatory (Tel: 1878200).
• 請留意活動網頁及Facebook的最新消息。
  Please stay tuned with the updates on this event website and Facebook page.

其他事宜 Other

• 大會保留是次活動之最終決定權，任何有關活動的臨時改動或消息，將以大會網站公佈為準。如參加者引起公眾不安，或作出其他大會認為不當的行為，大會有權取消參加者資格。
  The Organizer reserves the right of final decision of the event. Any changes of contingency measures for the event announced by the Organizer and posted on the Organizer’s website shall prevail. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel and approved participants if a participant commits any conduct which arouses public concern or is otherwise deemed inappropriate by the Organizer.
• 如比賽過程中出現單車意外，如撞車及撞傷動物等並造成受傷，大會將優先確保人身安全，盡快提供救援，是日活動將按情況暫時停止、延誤或取消。
  The event will be temporarily halted, delayed or cancelled if a bike accident occurs (such as crash, or knocking down animals leading to injury etc). The organizer will first ensure personal safety and provide support and rescue immediately.
• 比賽當日若下列情況發生，活動總監有權將活動路線改變或取消正在進行中的活動。所有籌款額、捐款額及其他費用將不獲退還。
  The Event Director has the right to change the event distance or event arrangement or to stop the event due to the following issues, donation and other fees will not be refunded.
  1. 山泥傾瀉、大石落山及比賽路線發生山火
     Landslides, rock falls or hill fires along the route of the event
  2. 抗議示威或路線被封閉
     Protests or blockage along the course

交通 Transportation

• 大會穿梭巴士往來錦上路港鐵站D出口及嘉年華場地（約每20分鐘一班），不能攜帶單車上穿梭巴士。
  Shuttle bus will be circulating between Kam Sheung Road Station(Exit D) and the venue(around each 20 minutes). Passenger are not allowed to carry a bicycle on the shuttle bus.
• 自行前往嘉年華場地之參加者，可乘坐的士或於錦上路港鐵站D出口步行進入嘉年華場地。
  Participants can also take Taxi or walk to the venue from Kam Sheung Road Station(Exit D)
• 主辦單位建議參加者盡量使用大會穿梭巴士或公共交通前往會場。
  Organizer recommend participants use shuttle bus and public transportation to reach the venue.
