首先十分感激各跑手一直對CP Eggnergy Run的支持！ 近日我們不斷審視賽事活動的安排細節，並作出調整，希望令活動能夠如期進行。但鑑於近日社會及交通情況不穩，引致不可預測的情況，而跑手們及工作人員的安全一直是我們首要的考量，因此經我們慎重考慮後，我們抱歉原訂於12月22日（星期日）舉行的「CP Eggnergy Run 2019」賽事將會延期至2020年第4季舉行。
Thank you for all your support to CP Eggnergy Run over the years! Recently, we have been constantly reviewing and adjusting the arrangement details of the event, and hoping the event could be held as schedule. Unfortunately, in sight of recent social and traffic instability, we are sorry to announce that the “CP Eggnergy Run 2019” will be postponed to the 4th quarter of 2020. Safety of all stakeholders has always been our utmost concern and we hope you understand such difficult decision.

參加3公里個人組之餘亦可組隊參加3公里家庭組，無須額外費用。2人為一隊，總成績以第2名隊員之完成時間計算，隊員間的完成時間不可相差多於3秒。(一名28歲或以上的家長及一名16歲或以下的子女) 請立即與成功報名參加比賽的親友組隊，並於2019年12月18日或之前於系統登記。家庭挑戰賽冠，亞及季軍隊伍均可以獲得獎盃及獎牌。歡迎各位踴躍參加！ Participants can team up with your family member who has successfully enrolled “CP Eggnergy Run 2019” 3km individual categories to win 3KM Family Challenge. Participants can team up with family member who has successfully enrolled “CP Eggnergy Run 2019” 3km individual categories. (One Parent aged 28 or above with one kid aged 16 or below) Each applicant can sign-up in one team only. 2 members in a team. Result will be determined by the finish time of the 2nd team member and the finish time of both members should within 3 seconds. T-shirt size availability is provided on a first come first serve basis during registration and subject to stock condition during race pack distribution. The organizer does not warrant any request in size.

If there is no option of the particular size in the enrolment system, it means this size already out of stock. No size can be changed after enrolment.

作為小廚神，梗係要眼明手快，揀最好嘅食材！搵到大大隻、營養十足嘅CP啡蛋就可以跑去下一個check point 啦～
As a Little CP chef, you have to be smart and good in reaction. In challenge 1, find the brown egg and carry to next checkpoint~
2.
將CP蛋用泵吹到指定位置，考驗你嘅準繩度同耐性！
In Challenge 2, show your accuracy and patience!! Use the pump to blow the egg to designated area.
3.
用杯將 CP蛋 運送到目的地，係穩定性同速度嘅考驗！
In Challenge 3, keep your balance and show us your stability and speed! You will have a cup conveying the CP egg to designated area.
4.
唔講唔知，食多啲蛋可以提高記憶力～相信各位小廚神一定可以輕鬆記低圖案再去砌圖！
Do you know egg can benefit in enhancing memory? As a CP chef, you must nail it.
Images will be set along the route, try your best to memorize it and complete the puzzle!

注意事項 Important note
- 若申請者提供錯誤資料、不能繳交報名表及費用或不依從正確報名程序報名，主辦單位保留拒絕接受有關申請之權利。報名一經接納報名費或捐款恕不發還。已寄出的報名或重覆報名，均不設退款、退件、轉名安排及取消服務。 All enrolment fees and other donations are not refundable. If the participants provide incorrect information, fail to pay for enrolment fee or follow correct enrolment procedure, the Organizer reserves the right to reject their enrolment.
- 不接受現場及逾期報名。
Later or on site enrolment will not be accepted. - 主辦單位保留限制及拒絕接受報名的權利。
The Organizer reserves the right of limit and refuses any enrolment. - 主辦單位保留聯絡申請者之權利，以便查詢有關其報名資料之事宜。
The Organizer reserves the right to contact participants for information regarding their enrolment" - 任何懷孕或患有慢性疾病如心臟病及高血壓的人士，皆不應參加是次活動。主辦單位在得悉或懷疑的情況下，保留取消任何不適宜參加是次活動之參加者資格的權利。被取消資格人士的報名費及其他費用, 將不會獲得退還。
Any person who is pregnant or suffering from chronic diseases such as heart disease or high blood pressure should not join the event. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant known or suspected to be unfit to participate in the event. All entry fees and donations of the disqualified person will not be refunded. - 號碼布連計時晶片及將會在比賽前兩星期通知參加者領取，參加者攜同電郵列印本或用電子產品展示電郵方式領取。
Race Pack Pick-up Notice will be sent to participants 2 weeks before the event day, participants should bring the email print out to pick up the race pack with bib number, timing chip. - 參加者個人意外保險需自行負責。
Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover. - 大會保留是次活動之最終決定權，任何有關活動的臨時改動或消息，將以大會網站公佈為準。如參加者引起公眾不安，或作出其他大會認為不當的行為，大會有權取消參加者比賽資格。
The Organizer reserves the right of final decision of the event. Any changes or contingent measures for the event announced by the Organizer and posted on the Organizer's webpage shall prevail. - 參加者必須確保體格適宜參加比賽。參加者必須同意遵守及接受參加者須知及其細則。
Participants must ensure that they are physically fit to join the event. They must comply with, observe and accept the requirements and related terms for participants. - 大會設有行李寄存及水站。
Baggage storage service and water stations will be provided.
惡劣天氣 Severe Weather
- 如於比賽前一天中午十二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，賽事將會取消。
If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 12:00 noon on the day before race, the race will be cancelled. - 如於比賽當日凌晨十二時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨，賽事將會取消。
If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 12:00 am on the race day, the race will be cancelled. - 如天文台於比賽當日早上六時或之後懸掛紅色暴雨，雷暴或三號颱風警告，將如期進行。
Should the Red Rainstorm Signal, Thunderstorm Warning and Typhoon Signal No.3 are issued at any time from 6:00 am on the race day, races will be continued. - 如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中的比賽。報名費將不獲退還。
Should the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be raised after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the course distance or arrangement or to stop the race. If the race is being stopped, the race will be cancelled. Entry fee will not be refunded - 如是次比賽因天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告而取消，並不設補賽。
No rescheduled race due to inclement weather or other reasons. - 請在比賽早上致電香港天文台查詢有關天氣情況。(電話: 1878200)
