**Participants who have successfully enrolled in 8K individual run can win the Yan Oi Tang Charity Run 2019 8K Team Cup. To win the 8K Team Cup, you can now team up with your friends who have successfully enrolled in 8K individual run. Please download and fill in Team Cup Application Form and return by email to yotcharityrun@sportsoho.com on or before 29 November 2019. Each applicant can sign up for one team only. Each team has 6 members. Result will be determined by the total time of the first 5 team members. We welcome running clubs, corporations and organizations to fight for the Cup!

注意事項 Important Notes

報名 Enrollment

  • 參加者必須仔細閱讀以下事項。報名申請一經遞交,即代表參加者確認及同意接受一切賽事的規則、條款和安排。
    Participants must study the rules and regulations listed below carefully. Participants who completed the registration process agreed to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the race that has been signed up.
  • 參加資格一經接納,捐款將不獲退還及不可轉讓。
    Once the entry is accepted, donation fee are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • 重複的報名,將被算作一個單一的報名。額外的捐款不予退還,並不能轉移到其他申請人或其他賽事。提交的報名資料亦將不予退還。
    Repeated entries will be counted as a single entry. The donation fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another applicant or other race. Also, the submitted form and information will not be returned.
  • 不接受現場及逾期報名。
    Late or on-site enrollment will not be accepted.
  • 資料不全者,恕不接受報名。
    Incomplete enrollment will not be accepted.
  • 參加者只可報名參加屬於自己的年齡組別。(年齡是以出生年份計算。如於1997年11月出生,年齡為22歲,所屬組別為1997年)
    Applicant should register to their respective age group. (Age is counted base on the year of birth. Example, born in Nov 1997, your age is 22. Your age group category should be 1996)

選手包 Race Pack

  • 成功報名的參加者將會收到一封確認電郵。假如您於登記後未有收到有關的確認電郵,請聯絡我們(電郵:yotcharityrun@sportsoho.com;電話:(852) 2117 1650)。
    A confirmation email will be sent to the participants upon successful registration. If you do not receive the confirmation email after your registration, please contact us by email yotcharityrun@sportsoho.com or call (852) 2117 1650 for assistance.
  • 有關選手包的領取通知將於活動前兩星期以電郵方式通知參加者。
    An email notice regarding collection of race pack will be sent to the registered participants two week before the event day.
  • 參加者需攜同通知電郵列印本或出示有關通知電郵以領取活動物資。
    Participants show either the printout or electronic version of the notification email to our staff to collect the event materials.

參加者須知 Participants’ Notes

  • 若參加者提供錯誤資料或不依從正確報名程序報名,主辦單位保留限制拒絕接受有關申請之權利。
    If the participants provide incorrect information, fail to follow correct enrolment procedure, the Organizer reserves the right of limit and refuses their enrolment.
  • 主辦單位保留限制及拒絕接受報名的權利。
    The Organizers reserve the right of limit and refuses any enrolment.
  • 主辦單位保留聯絡參加者之權利,以便查詢有關其報名資料之事宜。
    The Organizers reserve the right to contact participants for information regarding their enrolment.
  • 任何懷孕或患有慢性疾病如心臟病及高血壓的人士,皆不應參加是次活動。主辦單位在得悉或懷疑的情況下,保留取消任何不適宜參加是次活動之參加者資格的權利。
    Any person who is pregnant or suffering from chronic diseases such as heart disease or high blood pressure should not join the event. The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant known or suspected to be unfit to participate in the event.
  • 參加者必須確保體格適宜參加活動,大會工作人員或救護人員有權因應參加者體能狀況, 終止參加者繼續參賽資格,參加者不得異議。
    Participants must ensure that they are physically fit to join the event. The Organizer has the right to terminate or pause the participants if there is deemed to be any risk to their health. Participants must abide by this decision.
  • 家長/監護人需自行照顧同行之兒童及長者,並承擔有關照顧同行兒童及長者之全部責任。
    Parent or guardian is responsible and liable for the safe custody or care for their children and senior citizens while inside the venue.
  • 參加者個人意外保險需自行負責。
    Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
  • 大會保留是次活動之最終決定權,任何有關活動的臨時改動或消息,將以大會網站公佈為準。如參加者引起公眾不安,或作出其他大會認為不當的行為,大會有權取消參加者活動資格。
    The Organizers reserves the right of final decision of the event. Any changes or contingent measures for the event announced by the Organizers and posted on the Organizers’ webpage shall prevail.
  • 如活動過程中,遇上天災及人禍所引發的突發情況(洪水、山火、山泥傾瀉、塌樹、 地震、路面受損壞、打鬥等),是日活動將暫時停止或取消,參加者須盡快前往安全地方暫避。
    The event will be temporarily halted or cancelled if emergency situations occur due to natural and man-made disasters (flood, wildfire, landslide, collapse of tree, earthquake, damage of road, fights, etc.) during the event. All participants should immediately go to a safe place to stay temporarily.

惡劣天氣 Severe Weather

  • 如於活動前一天中午十二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號,活動將會取消。
    If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 12:00 noon on the day before event, the event will be cancelled.
  • 如於活動當日凌晨十二時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨,活動將會取消。
    If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 12:00 am on the event day, the event will be cancelled.
  • 如活動進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告,賽事總監有權將活動路線改變或取消正在進行中的活動。捐款將不獲退還。
    Should the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be raised after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the course distance or arrangement or to stop the event. If the event is being stopped, the event will be cancelled. Donation fee will not be refunded.

  • 大會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。
    The Organizer reserves the right to amend or clarify the above rules.
