計劃簡介 Introduction

「油尖旺 X 青年跑」是一項由油尖旺民政事務處自2015年起推廣的青年網絡計劃,希望青年透過參與專業長跑訓練,建立正面及積極的價值觀,並加強對油尖旺區的歸屬感。此外,學員會獲委任為油尖旺青年運動大使,代表本區參加運動義工和大型跑步賽事。計劃希望學員能學以致用,以長跑知識回饋社區、關愛社群、向社區宣揚正面及健康的訊息。

“Running Crew X Yau Tsim Mong Youth” is a youth network programme organised by Yau Tsim Mong District Office since 2015, aimed at instilling positive values into young people and enhancing their sense of belonging to Yau Tsim Mong District through professional training in long-distance running. In addition, participants will be appointed as Yau Tsim Mong Youth Sports Ambassadors and represent the district in sports volunteering and large-scale running races. They are expected to contribute to and care for the community, as well as to promote positive and health messages, by applying what they have learnt from long-distance running.

目標 Objectives

  • 以專業的長跑訓練,鍛鍊青年的意志、建立正面及積極的價值觀;
  • 期望學員能學以致用,以長跑知識回饋社區、關愛社群。
  • To develop participants’ perseverance and instil positive values into them through professional training in long-distance running; and
  • To let them contribute to and care for the community by applying what they have learnt from long-distance running.

訓練班內容 Training Courses

計劃將劃分為「初級長跑訓練班」(10公里) 和「進階長跑訓練班」(半馬) 兩個階段,相關活動如下:

  • 透過定期長跑訓練及資深教練分享會,鍛鍊青年毅力、恆心和自信;
  • 成為油尖旺青年運動大使,將健康信息傳遞社區,表現優秀者可獲推薦參加本地長跑賽事;
  • 透過參與領跑員訓練及義工服務,讓青年以長跑知識回饋社區、關愛社群;
  • 透過跑山訓練,豐富對運動的體驗;
  • 於本港流行運動雜誌刊登學員訓練期間的活動和花絮;
  • 每名參加者獲贈訓練T-Shirt乙件#。

This programme comprises two stages, i.e. Elementary Training in Long-distance Running (10 km) and Advanced Training in Long-distance Running (half marathon). Activities include:

  • regular training in long-distance running and sharing by experienced coaches to develop young people’s perseverance, persistence and confidence;
  • serving as Yau Tsim Mong Youth Sports Ambassadors to promote health messages to the community (outstanding participants may be nominated to compete in local long-distance running races);
  • participating in guide runner training and volunteer services to contribute to and care for the community by applying what they have learnt from long-distance running;
  • training in mountain running to enrich participants’ experience in sports;
  • activities and highlights of the training will be published in Hong Kong’s popular sports magazines; and
  • each participant will receive a training T-shirt#.

訓練班詳情 Details

  • 每星期2堂,逢星期一及四,為期14星期,每堂1.5小時。
  • 初級長跑訓練班 - 初學者、從未接觸中長距離跑步訓練或比賽、沒有運動習慣。
  • 進階長跑訓練班 - 有規律運動、最少參與中長距離跑步比賽1次或以上、能完成10公里跑步。
  • Two sessions of 1.5 hours a week (Monday and Thursday); 14 weeks in total.
  • Elementary Training in Long-distance Running – targeting beginners, those who have never attended any training in middle- to long-distance running or competed in any such races, and those who do not exercise regularly.
  • Advanced Training in Long-distance Running – targeting those who exercise regularly, have competed in at least one middle- to long-distance running race and is able to finish a 10 km run.

地點: 油尖旺區及鄰近地區 (西九龍海濱長廊、紅磡海濱公園、深水埗運動場或由教練指定
油尖旺區街跑路線(如尖沙咀海濱公園)等

Time: 7:15 - 8:45 pm
Venue Yau Tsim Mong District and nearby districts (e.g. West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade, Hung Hom Promenade and Sham Shui Po Sports Ground) or any street running routes in Yau Tsim Mong District selected by the coach (e.g. Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade)

義工服務Volunteer Services

領跑員計劃

  • 由「香港盲人體育總會」主辦的領跑員義工計劃,讓學員透過培訓及體驗,帶領視障人士參與跑步及其他運動(如保齡球、雙人單車、高爾夫球等),協助視障人士跑出光明。
  • 香港盲人體育總會逢星期二、四晚上7時至9時於深水埗運動場設「視障馬拉松訓練班」,需要領跑義工帶同視障運動員練跑。詳情可參閱香港盲人體育總會網頁: http://www.hkbsf.org.hk/chi/home。
  • 學員可自由參與,惟學員需參加領跑員培訓工作坊後方可獲贈紀念T恤乙件,並完成最少一項義工服務後方取得爭取奬項資格。領跑員計劃詳情如下:

Guide Runner Programme –

  • The guide runner volunteer programme, organised by Hong Kong Blind Sports Federation (HKBSF), offers training and practice in guiding visually impaired people in running and playing different forms of sport (e.g. bowling, tandem cycling and golfing), with a view to leading them to a bright future.
  • The marathon training for visually impaired athletes, held by HKBSF at Sham Shui Po Sports Ground every Tuesday and Thursday from 7 to 9 pm, requires the service of volunteer guide runners. For details, please visit HKBSF’s website: http://www.hkbsf.org.hk/chi/home。
  • Participation is optional. However, only those who attend the Guide Runner Training Workshop will receive a commemorative T-shirt, and they must complete at least one volunteer service to be eligible for the awards. The details of the Guide Runner Programme are as follows:

領跑員主要工作 Main Duties of a Guide Runner:

  1. 負責帶領有需要之視障運動員來回港鐵站與訓練場地;
  2. 聽從教練的指示,協助及引領視障運動員練習;
  3. 與視障運動員共同訓練及參加本地或國內外的長跑比賽;
  4. 處理由香港盲人體育總會安排之義務工作。
  5. To guide visually impaired athletes in need from MTR stations to training venues and vice versa;
  6. To aid and guide visually impaired athletes while practising according to the coach’s instructions;
  7. To attend training and compete in long-distance running races in Hong Kong, in the Mainland or overseas with visually impaired athletes; and
  8. To serve as a volunteer as arranged by HKBSF.

  • 委任證書及各奬項會於結業禮分享會頒發;
  • 每班表現最優秀的2名學員有機會參與本地大型馬拉松比賽;
  • 每班最佳表現的10名學員有機會獲得$500體育禮券。
  • Certificates of appointment and awards will be presented at the closing ceremony and sharing session;
  • The top 2 participants in each course may have the opportunity to compete in a large-scale local marathon; and
  • The top 10 participants in each course may receive a sports gift voucher worth $500.

  • 本計劃著重參加者的出席率及表現,請預留時間出席已確定的訓練及活動,如出席率偏低者,主辦機構保留取消參加者資格的權利;
  • 計劃內容包括各類長跑訓練活動,參加者須衡量個人身體狀況,決定是否報名;
  • 各體育禮劵奬項需經過主辦機構的遴選,學員須完成最少一項領跑員義工服務後方取得爭取奬項資格;
  • 如計劃內容有任何變更,主辦機構保留修改或取消權利,恕不另行通知。
  • Your attendance and performance are important. Please allow sufficient time for the training and activities enrolled. The organiser reserves the right to dismiss a participant whose attendance rate is low;
  • This programme involves various forms of training in long-distance running. You should consider your physical condition before making application;
  • The recipients of sports gift vouchers will be selected by the organiser. To be eligible for the awards, participants must complete at least one volunteer service as a guide runner; and
  • The organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the programme without prior notice.
