參加10公里個人組別之餘，亦可免費組隊競逐隊際獎項。如欲競逐7-Eleven Run 10公里隊制盃，請立即與成功報名參加 10公里個人組別的朋友組隊，並於2023年10月27日或之前按此填妥表格。每名參賽者限報一隊，每隊人數為 10名，總成績以首8 名完成賽事的隊員時間總和決定。歡迎各跑會，公司或團體參加。（請注意：參加隊際盃的參加者必須依照其個人組的起跑時間出發，否則其時間成績將不被計算） Participants who have successfully enrolled in 10KM individual categories can win the 7-Eleven Run 2023 10KM Team Cup. To win the Team Cup, you can now team up with your friends who have successfully enrolled in 10KM individual categories. Please click here and submit the Team Cup Application Form on or before 27th October 2023. Each applicant can sign up for one team only. Each team has 10 members. Result will be determined by the total time of the first 8 team members. We welcome running clubs, corporations and the organizations to fight for the Cup! (Note: Team Cup members should start according to their own start time, otherwise his/her time will not be counted for team cup result)

10公里隊際組 10 KM Team

第一名可獲贈獎盃乙個、獎牌十枚及 $1000 7-Eleven 現金券
Champion team will be awarded a trophy, 10 medals and $1000 7-Eleven cash voucher.
第二名可獲贈獎盃乙個、獎牌十枚及 $800 7-Eleven 現金券
The 1st runner up team will be awarded a trophy, 10 medals and $800 7-Eleven cash voucher.
第三名可獲贈獎盃乙個、獎牌十枚及 $500 7-Eleven 現金券
The 2nd runner up team will be awarded a trophy, 10 medals, and $500 7-Eleven cash voucher.

3公里個人組 3 KM Individual

各組別第一名可獲贈獎盃乙個及 $300 7-Eleven 現金券
Champion of each category will be awarded a trophy and $300 7-Eleven cash voucher.

*大會不保證能提供所選擇之尺碼，尺碼分配需視乎領取賽事包之先後次序及貨量而定，所有尺碼先到先得。
*T-shirt size availability is provided on a first come first serve basis during registration and subject to stock conditions during race pack distribution.

*如報名時於系統未能選擇某尺碼，則表示該尺碼已沒有存貨，請自行衡量再報名。
*The organizer does not warrant any request in size. If there is no option for a particular size in the enrollment system, it means this size is already out of stock.

*一經報名,所有尺碼不設更改。
*No size can be changed after enrollment.

報名 Registration

報名以完成付款為準。
Only enrollment with successful payment will be counted as a completed application.
參賽者必須仔細閱讀以下事項。報名申請一經遞交，即代表參賽者確認及同意接受一切活動規則、條款和安排。
Participants must study the rules and regulations listed below carefully. Participants who completed the registration process agreed to be abided by the rules and regulations of the event that has been signed up.
參加者只可報名參加屬於自己的年齡組別。(年齡是以出生年份計算。如一名男子於1994年11月出生，年齡為29 歲，所屬組別為男子16-29歲)
Participants should register to their respective age group. (Age is counted based on the year of birth. For example, a male born in Nov 1994, his age is counted as 29. His age group category should be Male 16-29).
成功報名的參加者將會收到一封確認電郵 (10公里隊際盃的確認電郵只發給隊長)。假如您於登記後未有收到有關的確認電郵，請聯絡我們（電郵：7-eleven@sportsoho.com；電話：(852) 2117 1650）。
A confirmation email will be sent to the participants upon successful registration (ONLY team leader of 10KM Team Race will receive the confirmation email). If you do not receive the confirmation email after your registration, please contact us by email 7-eleven@sportsoho.com or call (852) 2117 1650 for assistance.
參加資格一經接納，報名費將不獲退還及不可轉讓。
Once the entry is accepted, enrollment fee is non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances.
報名費不能作扣稅之用。
Enrollment fee is not tax deductible.
重複的報名，將被算作一個單一的報名。額外的報名費用不予退還，並不能轉移到其他申請人或其他賽事。
Repeated entries will be counted as a single entry. The extra fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another applicant or other race. Also, the submitted form and information will not be returned.
不接受現場及逾期報名。
On-site or late enrolment will not be accepted.
參加者必須確保體格適宜參加比賽，大會工作人員或救護人員有權因應參加者體能狀況，終止參加者繼續參賽資格，參加者不得異議。
Participants must ensure that they are physically fit to join the event. The Organiser has the right to terminate or pause the participants if there is deemed to be any risk to their health. Participants must abide by this decision.
參加者於報名時必須提交完整及正確資料，否則報名將不被接受。
Incomplete enrollment or enrollment with inaccurate information will not be accepted.

跑手包 Race Pack

有關跑手包的領取通知將於活動前兩星期以電郵方式通知參加者。
An email notice regarding collection of race pack will be sent to the registered participants two week before the event day.
參加者需攜同通知電郵列印或出示有關通知電郵以領取活動物資。
Participants need to show either the printout or electronic version of the notification email to our staff to collect the event materials.

健康與安全提示 Health & Safety Advice

參加者必須確保其身體狀況適宜參加比賽。如有疑問，請先諮詢醫生的意見。
Participants should make sure their health conditions are suitable for the strenuous race. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
參加者須清楚明白活動內容及活動性質，並知道此活動需要消耗體力，同時確定健康情況適宜參與是次活動。主辦機構建議所有參賽者於活動時自行留意個人的身體狀況是否良好及是否適合參與活動。於活動期間如有不適，請立即停止活動及向現場工作人員求助。
Participants should understand the event content and nature and participating in this event requires physical exertion. Participants should be in sound medical condition capable of participating in the event. The Organizer suggests all participants to monitor their own physical conditions deemed fit and capable for participating in the event. In case you are feeling sick during the event, please immediately stop the activity and do seek help from the onsite race officials.
參加者請自行進行防曬措施，例如自備防曬用品、配戴帽子及多喝水。
Participants should take protective measures against UV, such as applying sunscreen, wearing caps and drinking water.
任何懷孕或患有慢性疾病如心臟病名高血壓的人士，皆不應參加是次活動。
People who are pregnant or with chronic diseases, like heart disease and high blood pressure, are not recommended to participate in the event.
主辦機構在得悉或懷疑的情況下，將保留權利取消任何不適宜參加是次活動之參加者資格。
The Organizer reserve the right to disallow or disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event and such person shall accept.
主辦機構已就是次活動購置公眾責任保險，然而亦建議參加者自行購買個人意外保險。
Public liability insurance is covered by the organiser of the event. Participants are also advised to arrange their own insurance.

惡劣天氣 Inclement Weather Arrangement

如於活動前一天上午8時或之後懸掛八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號，活動將會取消。
If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher is hoisted at any time from 8:00am on one day before the event, the event will be cancelled.
如於活動當日清晨4時或之後懸掛紅色或黑色暴雨警告信號，活動將會取消。
If Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted at any time from 4:00 am on the event day, the event will be cancelled.
如活動進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告信號，活動總監有權改變活動路線或取消正在進行中的活動。報名費將不獲退還。
If the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be hoisted after the commencement of race, the Event Director has the right to change the event distance or event arrangement or to stop the event. Entry Fee will not be refunded.
如活動因任何惡劣天氣有關而作取消，大會將不設補賽及所有報名費亦不獲退還。參加者仍可安排領取選手包。
If the race is cancelled due to the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings hoisted before the race, no rescheduled race will be arranged. Entry Fee will not be refunded. The Race Pack will be available for collection under the Organizer’s arrangement.
大會建議參加者於活動早上致電或瀏覽香港天文台查詢有關天氣情況。（電話：1878200）
Please check the weather from the Hong Kong Observatory (Tel: 1878200) on the event day.

其他事宜 Others

參加者的個人物件可存放於大會提供之行李寄存區。切勿攜帶貴重物品，如有損毀或遺失，大會將不會負任何責任及作出任何賠償。參加者一旦使用此安排，已假定接受此條款。
Baggage storage will be provided. Please do not bring any valuable items. The Organizer will not be responsible for the lost or damage of any baggage stored with us. Participants are deemed to be accepting this term when using the baggage storage service.
如活動過程中須向大會查詢及要求協助，請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。
Should there be any emergency or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information centre.
所有禮品不可兌換現金。
All prizes are not redeemable for cash.
大會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or clarify the above race rules.

註：本條款及細則包括英文及中文版本，若英文與中文之內容有任何歧義，則以中文版本為準。大會擁有隨時因應需要修改及詮釋以上注意事項，以及相關的賽事要求的權利。
