就現時情況~ 果朝8號應該未掛,3號就好大機會. 咁即係就算3號比賽都照常,不過可能轉跑、單車、跑進行, 可以早一日發出最新訊息嗎? 因為要有好多野預備,包括飲食,裝備等等...
其實會唔會基於安全理由,果斷決定延期?

惡劣天氣安排如下： (當日會以手機短訊及於賽事網站發出最新訊息)
- 如於比賽前一天(9月21日)中午十二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，賽事將會延期至9月29日進行。
- 如於比賽當日凌晨十二時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨，賽事將延期至9月29日進行。
- 如天文台於比賽當日早上六時或之後懸掛紅色暴雨，雷暴或三號颱風訊號，游泳項目將會取消，陸上兩項（單車及跑步）將如期進行。
**游泳項目將以跑步代替 (比賽以跑、單車、跑進行)：
- 超級挑戰組以4公里跑步代替;
- 半程挑戰組、繽紛挑戰組、小鐵人組、精英接力組、繽紛接力組以1.5公里跑步代替。
- 如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或中止正在進行中的比賽。
- 如補賽當天再度天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，是項賽事將取消而不再補賽及報名費用不會退回。

Inclement Weather / Conditions Warnings
- If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 12:00 noon the day before the race (21 September), the race will be postponed to 29 Sept 2013.
- If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 12:00am on the race day, the race will be postponed to 29 Sept 2013.
- If the Red Rainstorm Signal, Thunderstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 3 is issued at any time from 6:00am on the race day, the swim portion will be canceled but the Run and Bike portions will be continued.
**Swim portion will be replaced by additional Run portion:
- For Super Challenge, swim portion will be replaced by 4 km run.
- For Sprint Challenge, Fun Challenge, Super Kid, Elite Relay and Fun Relay swim portion will be replaced by 1.5 km run.
- If the above inclement weather warnings are raised after the commencement of the race, the Race Director has the right to change the course distance or to cancel the race.
- If the above inclement weather warnings be raised again on re-scheduled race day, the race will be cancelled and no more re-scheduled race and the race entry fees will not be refunded.
