Panasonic飛達慈善復活跑2021活動延期通知

衷心感謝各跑手對Panasonic飛達慈善復活跑2021的支持，鑑於2019新型冠狀病毒疫情影響持續，同時限聚令等社交距離措施亦未解除，大會考慮到參加者和工作人員的健康及安全，現決定原訂於2021年3月21日舉行之Panasonic飛達慈善復活跑2021延期舉行。

我們正密切與政府有關部門溝通，留意疫情發展及評估風險，在可行和安全的情況下，擬定於2021年9月12日進行補賽，如有進一步資料，我們會儘快通知大家。

再次感謝各參加者支持，對於活動延期帶來的不便，我們深感抱歉。如參加者預計未能參加補賽活動，可電郵至[email protected]，大會會在45天內安排退款 (如以信用咭報名，款項將退回信用咭，如以現金或支票報名，將寄回支票。)

Panasonic Pacers Easter Charity Run 2021 Postponement Arrangement

Thank you for your support to Panasonic Pacers Easter Charity Run 2021. In view of the current COVID-19 pandemic situation and social distancing measures such as social gathering restrictions are still in force, we have decided to postpone the Panasonic Pacers Easter Charity Run 2021 originally scheduled on 21 March 2021 as health and safety of participants and working staff remain our top priorities.

We have been in close liaison with related government departments and will continue to closely monitor the latest developments of COVID-19. Under feasible and safe condition, we expect that the race could be rescheduled on 12 September 2021.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding. Please email to [email protected] if you are not available to join the rescheduled race. A full refund will be arranged within 45 days. (Application fee paid by credit card will be reimbursed to the payment cardholder’s credit card account, and application fee paid by cash or cheque will be reimbursed by a cheque)

感謝各位支持「Panasonic飛達感恩慈善跑2020」，我們一直都留意著疫情最新情況，希望活動能夠如期進行。但鑑於疫情尚未穩定，同時限聚令亦未解除，大會考慮到參加者及工作人員的健康及安全，經審慎考慮後決定宣佈原定於2020年11月29日(星期日)舉行之「Panasonic飛達感恩慈善跑2020」將會取消。

參加者可選擇全數退款或繼續支持是項年度活動，將名額保留至 「Panasonic飛達慈善復活跑2021」， 為感謝大家支持，大會準備了豐富紀念品的線上跑，供保留名額參加者免費參加 。

距離：參加者自定目標距離

路線：由參加者自定路線

規則：參加者於2020年12月25至27日(星期五至日)期間，通過一次或多次跑步完成你的目標距離 (例如報名參與10公里賽，目標距離即是10公里)，你可自定你的跑步路線，並使用跑步手機應用程式紀錄跑步路程及截圖。於2020年12月28日 23:59 前，將跑步記錄上載到指定網站。如未能上載或上載不足夠的里數將作未能完賽論。

Panasonic Pacers Thanksgiving Charity Run 2020 Cancellation Arrangement

Thank you for your support in “Panasonic Pacers Thanksgiving Charity Run 2020” originally scheduled on 29 November 2020 (Sunday). We have been constantly reviewing the status of Coronavirus Disease, and hoping the event could be held as scheduled. Unfortunately, in view of the latest situation of Coronavirus Disease, and the health and safety of participants and working staff remain our top priority, we are sorry to announce that this event will be cancelled.

Participants may request a full refund or continue to support this annual event by carrying forward your enrollment fee to “Panasonic Pacers Easter Charity Run 2021”. To thank you for your support, we have prepared a virtual run with fabulous souvenirs, for those participants who with carrying forward their enrollment fee.

Panasonic Pacers Thanksgiving Charity Run 2020(Virtual Run) Event Detail

Distance: Participants customize distance

Route: Participants self-designed route

Regulation: From 25 to 27 December 2020 (Friday to Sunday), participants are required to record the running record of completed target distance accumulated in one or more running sessions at a self-designed route via Apps. (E.g. If you enrolled to a 10KM race, your target distance should be 10KM). Please upload the record or screen capture to specified website on or before 28 December 2020 23:59. Participants who failed to upload within the mandated period or uploaded records with insufficient distance will be disqualified.

Souvenir: Participants who finished and uploaded the record will receive Finish Towel, String Bag and Massage Ball.

「Panasonic飛達慈善復活跑」參加者注意

感謝各參加者早前報名參加原定於2020年3月15日舉行的「Panasonic飛達慈善復活跑2020」，上述賽事當時因受新型冠狀病毒疫情影響而延期，大會現已確定新的賽事日期並改名為「Panasonic飛達感恩慈善跑2020」*及詳情如下:

*由於原賽事以復活節為主題，而新的賽事日期適逢感恩節的週末，故賽事名稱會更改為「Panasonic飛達感恩慈善跑2020」，亦藉此表達疫情過後，感恩有你繼續支持。新賽事暫定於5月底開始接受公開報名。

Notice to Participants of “Panasonic Pacers Easter Charity Run”

Thank you for your support in “Panasonic Pacers Easter Charity Run” originally scheduled on 15 March 2020. The event was postponed due to the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and the rescheduled date has been confirmed. The race will be renamed to “Panasonic Pacers Thanksgiving Charity Run”*. Details of the rescheduled race are as follows:

*As the race has been rescheduled to the Thanksgiving weekend, the race will be renamed to “Panasonic Pacers Thanksgiving Charity Run”, and to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support after the outbreak of COVID-19. Tentatively, application will be opened in the end of May.

Panasonic Pacers Easter Charity Run 2020 Postponement Arrangement

In response to the latest development of the Novel Coronavirus Infection, also taking the health and safety of participants and working staff as our top priority, “Panasonic Pacers Easter Charity Run 2020” originally scheduled on 15 March 2020 will be postponed and the rescheduled date will be announced soon.

*「信興教育及慈善基金」將為每位參賽者另行捐出HK$60給予「高錕慈善基金」; 而每位參賽者可自由額外捐款，凡捐款HK$100或以上可獲「信興教育及慈善基金」發出免稅收據，如有任何捐款問題，請致電黎小姐2733 3028 查詢。
*Shun Hing Education and Charity Fund Limited will donate an additional HK$60 to“Charles K Kao Foundation for Alzheimer's Disease” for each participant. An official receipt will be issued by Shun Hing Education and Charity Fund Limited for additional donation of HK$100 or above. For any donation inquiry, please contact Ms Lai at 2733 3028.

T-shirt size availability is provided on a first come first serve basis during registration and subject to stock condition during race pack distribution. The organizer does not warrant any size request.
*如報名時於系統未能選擇某尺碼，則表示該尺碼已沒有存貨，請自行衡量再報名。一經報名，所有尺碼不設更改。
*If there is no option of the particular size in the enrollment system, it means this size is already out of stock. Size cannot be changed after enrollment.

注意事項 Important notices

報名事宜 Enrollment

• 完整報名以完成付款為準。
  A completed enrollment is counted as payment successful.
• 參賽者必須仔細閱讀「比賽規則」。報名申請一經遞交，即代表參賽者確認及同意接受一切賽事規則、條款和安排。
  Participants must study the ‘Rules and Regulations’ carefully. Organizer assumes participants who completed the registration process agreed to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the race that has been signed up.
• 參加者只可報名參加屬於自己的年齡組別。(年齡是以出生年份計算。如一名男子於1994年11月出生，年齡為26 歲，則屬男子25-29歲之年齡組別)。
  Applicant should register to their respective age group. (Age is counted base on the year of birth. Example, a male born in Nov 1994, his age is counted as 26. His age group category should be Male 25-29).
• 參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。
  Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
• 參賽費用不能作扣稅之用。
  Enrollment fee is not tax deductible.
• 任何懷孕或患有慢性疾病，如心臟病及高血壓的人士，皆不應參加是次活動。大會在得悉或懷疑的情況下，將保留取消任何不適宜參加是次活動之參加者資格的權利。
  People who are pregnant or with chronic diseases, like heart attack and high blood pressure, are not recommended to participate in the event. The Organizer reserves the right of disqualify participants who are physically ineligible for the event.
• 參加者必須確保體格適宜參加比賽，大會工作人員或救護人員有權因應參加者體能狀況， 終止參加者繼續參賽資格，參加者不得異議。
  Participants must ensure that they are physically fit to join the event. The Organizer has the right to terminate or pause the participants ’eligibility if there is deemed to be any risk to their health. Participants must abide by this decision.
• 參加者會在報名後10個工作天內收到大會電郵確認其報名，如未有收到通知，可發電郵至 [email protected]或致電2117 1650查詢。
  Confirmation will be sent to participants by e-mail within 10 working days after an application is received. If you do not receive the confirmation, please send your enquiry to [email protected] or contact us at 2117 1650.
• 不接受現場及逾期報名。
  Late or on site enrollment will not be accepted.
• 資料不全者，恕不接受報名。
  Incomplete enrollment will not be accepted.
• 已寄出的報名或重覆報名，均不設退款、退件、轉名安排及取消服務。
  No return, cancellation or transfer for all enrollments, including late and duplicated enrollments.
• 如活動過程中，遇上天災及人禍所引發的突發情況（洪水、山火、山泥傾瀉、塌樹、 地震、路面受損壞、打鬥等），是日活動將暫時停止或取消，參加者須盡快前往安全地方暫避。
  The event will be temporarily halted or cancelled if emergency situations occur due to natural and man-made disasters (flood, wildfire, landslide, tree collapse, earthquake, road damage, fights, etc.) during the event. All participants should immediately go to a safe place to stay temporarily.

其他事宜 Others

• 參加者的個人物件可存放於大會提供之行李寄存區。切勿攜帶貴重物品，如有損毀或遺失，大會將不會負任何責任及作出任何賠償。參加者一旦使用此安排，已被假定接受此條款。
  Baggage storage will be provided. Please do not bring any valuable items. The Organizer is not responsible for the lost or damage of the baggage. Participant uses this service is subjected to the acceptance of this clause.
• 如活動過程中須向大會查詢及要求協助，請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。
  Should there be any emergencies or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information center.
• 所有禮品不可兌換現金。
  All prizes are not redeemable for cash.
• 大會保留以是次活動照片作日後推廣用途之權利。
  The Organizer reserves the right for all photos of the event for future uses and references.
• 本賽事委員會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。任何有關活動的臨時改動或取消，將以大會網站公佈為準。
  The Organizer reserves the right of final decision of the event. Any changes or contingent measures for the event announced by the organizer and posted on the Organizer’s web page shall prevail.

比賽規則 Rules and Regulations

• 參賽者必須自力走或跑畢全程。
  Participants must complete the marked course on foot under their own power.
• 參賽編號必須置於賽衣前方，於任何時間均須清晰可見。
  Bib numbers must be visible at all times at the front of clothing.
• 參賽者不得服食禁藥或違規藥物。
  Doping and the use of prohibited drugs are strictly prohibited.
• 主辦機構保留酌情修改比賽規則、路線或其他安排的權利。
  The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event rules and regulation, route or other arrangements as they deem appropriate.

惡劣天氣 Severe Weather

• 如於比賽前一天下午三時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，賽事將會取消。
  If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 3:00 pm on the day before race, the race will be cancelled.
• 如於比賽當日早上五時或之後懸掛黑／紅色暴雨，賽事將會取消。
  Should the Black/Red Rainstorm Signal are issued at any time from 5:00 am on the race day, the race will be cancelled.
• 如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中的比賽。報名費將不獲退還。
  Should the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be raised after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the course distance, arrangement or to stop the race. If the race is being stopped, the race will be cancelled. Entry fee will not be refunded.
• 如是次比賽因天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告而取消，並不設補賽。
  No rescheduled race due to inclement weather or other reasons.
• 請在比賽早上致電香港天文台查詢有關天氣情況。(電話: 1878200)
